It's a half-day indoor retreat in Longmont! The workshop includes:

Guided Meditation to calm ourselves and allow our minds to become open  

Yin Yoga to slow down, relieve stress, and restore our energy levels

Sound Healing to unblock our heart chakra & to open ourselves to receiving 

Home Made Meal to fuel ourselves.

Crystal Grid to combine the power of several crystals with sacred geometry and create a powerful manifestation tool. We'll be looking into: (Includes Grid and crystals)

- How to cleanse your crystals + grid
- Intention setting for your grid 
- How to create your grid and place it to work for you
