Attracting love (Sound Bath & Crystal Grid)

We'll be focusing on opening our heart chakra allowing ourselves to receive the beauty and love around us.

It's a half-day indoor retreat in Longmont! The workshop includes:

Guided Meditation to calm ourselves and allow our minds to become open  

Yin Yoga to slow down, relieve stress, and restore our energy levels

Sound Healing to unblock our heart chakra & to open ourselves to receiving 

Crystal Grid to combine the power of several crystals & create a more powerful impact on love, self love, and attracting love. 

Snacks and Drinks to fuel ourselves.
